擰入配管的螺紋時,固定內螺紋側按照的合適力矩進行。
緊固力矩不足,會造成松動或密封不良;而緊固力矩過大,會造成螺紋損傷。
另外,如果不保持內螺紋側的緊固,配管托架等上會直接承受過大的力,成為

不要使元件承受除自身重量以外的扭力矩和彎曲力矩,因為這會造成破損,
所以,在外部配管類應有其他支撐物。另外,非柔性的鋼管配管等,很容易受到
從配管側傳來的過大力矩和振動的影響,中間應該通過彈性管等,消除這類影響。
排水導管上沒有閥的功能,必須有排冷凝水用的配管。
如果沒有配管的話,冷凝水和壓縮空氣會排出。另外,進行配管時,要用扳手等固定住排水導管。若不固定住排水導管,杯體可能破損。
對自動排水器進行排水配管時,為了避免作動不良,要按下述條件進行配管。
AD27應該使用內徑φ2.5(φ3/32”)以上,長度5m(200英寸)以內的配管;
AD37、47(N)應該使用內徑φ4(φ3/16”)的配管;
AD38、48(N)應該使用內徑φ6.5(φ1/4”)的配管;
以上2種配管的長度均在5m(200英寸)以內。破損的原因。
